These terms of delivery are effective from 24.2.2021.
Online Store
The store sells products to adults, sole traders, business professionals, and companies. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.
Ordering
Products are ordered through the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents via an online payment service. All customer data is handled confidentially. Contact details provided at the time of ordering will not be used for anything other than delivering the order or resolving any issues unless otherwise specified. When ordering from the online store, you are expected to have read and agreed to the applicable terms of delivery.
Payment and Payment Methods
The payment service is Klarna Checkout, which offers options such as invoice, installment payments, card payments, and online banking payments.
By providing information at the checkout, you accept Klarna AB's (Klarna AB, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm) terms. By pressing the "Buy" button, you accept the general terms and conditions of Oy Duroy Ab's online store.
Order and Payment Confirmation
Once we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by email, which will include your order details. Always check the content of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service immediately. Save the order confirmation in case you need to contact customer service. When dealing with customer service, always have your possible customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products listed in the order confirmation.

Delivery Methods and Costs
Shipping costs include postage and packaging fees. We provide an estimate of the upcoming shipping costs in the shopping cart, based on the primary available delivery method. You will see the exact delivery costs once you have selected the payment and delivery methods for your order. The available delivery methods depend on the contents and total weight of your shopping cart. At the checkout, you can choose the delivery method that best suits you, with the exact delivery cost shown.
I Don't Find My Country on the Delivery List
We also sell and deliver our products worldwide. If your country doesn't appear on the list of delivery destinations, please contact our customer service for information on delivery costs, methods, and payment.
Delivery Time
Our general delivery times vary depending on the order and the chosen delivery method. Exceptions to delivery time estimates are indicated if there are out-of-stock products in the shopping cart, and we will notify you of any delays immediately after ordering.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect harm caused by delays. The online store will notify about any exceptional delivery times on its website.
Return Conditions
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after you receive the last shipment or, in the case of downloadable products, from the moment you receive the order.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the agreement in an unambiguous manner (for example, by mail or email). You can also use our printable return form, but it is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of cancellation before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will issue the refund using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
You must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 14-day period expires.
You are responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling that was not necessary to determine the nature, properties, and functioning of the goods.
Unclaimed Package
Failure to claim a package is not the same as a return or cancellation. For any unclaimed package, for which no separate cancellation notice has been made, we will charge the delivery costs.
Problem Situations
If a product is lost, damaged during transportation, or does not otherwise match your order, you must notify us of the defect within 14 days in writing to the address mentioned in the "Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions" section or by calling the phone number listed in the contact details. If the package is visibly damaged during transportation, you must immediately file a complaint with the carrier of the delivery method you selected.
